Telemarketer
The Telemarketer is responsible for generating new business opportunities for the Lisa Green Campbell State Farm Agency by making outbound calls to prospective customers, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments for licensed sales team members.
The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, confident on the phone, persistent, and goal-oriented. This position requires excellent communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to create a positive first impression of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up promptly and consistently with assigned leads.
- Schedule qualified appointments for licensed sales team members.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and follow-up activities.
- Meet established daily and weekly call and appointment goals.
Success in this position is measured by consistent calling activity, quality conversations, qualified appointments generated, and contribution to the agency’s overall growth.
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
